Conveniently located just minutes from Sunny Isles Beach, Haulover Beach, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Hard Rock Stadium, and UHealth SoLé Mia Medical Center, our home offers a relaxing setting with convenient access to many of Miami's most popular destinations.

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex features a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're visiting South Florida for vacation, business, medical appointments, or a special event, you'll have a peaceful home base to return to after a day of exploring.

Outdoor Space & Swimming Pool

Step outside and enjoy your designated outdoor seating area, surrounded by mature tropical trees and lush landscaping. The shared swimming pool is just steps away and is available for all registered guests to enjoy. During the winter season, from December 21 through March 21, the pool is heated for added comfort.

A Natural Tropical Setting

One of the things that makes Miami Paradise unique is its natural setting. Unlike many vacation rentals surrounded by concrete and traffic, our property sits on a wooded lot with mature tropical vegetation that attracts local wildlife.

Nature is part of the experience here. You may occasionally see friendly resident cats relaxing around the property or spot raccoons and other native wildlife, especially during the evening hours. They are a normal part of South Florida's ecosystem and contribute to the peaceful tropical character of the property. We simply ask that guests enjoy observing the animals without feeding them.

A Comfortable Miami Home

Miami Paradise is a comfortable, clean, and well-maintained vacation home designed for guests who appreciate space, privacy, and a quiet residential atmosphere. While we continuously update and improve the property, including recent bathroom renovations, it is not intended to be a luxury hotel or full-service resort.

Instead, we offer something many visitors value even more: a relaxing tropical setting with character, privacy, and easy access to Miami's beaches, shopping, entertainment, sporting events, and other popular attractions.

Important House Rules

To ensure every guest enjoys their stay, we ask everyone to respect a few important house rules. The home is intended for guests seeking a peaceful environment.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Marijuana or cannabis smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

Cigarette smoking is permitted outdoors only.

For everyone's safety and in accordance with Miami-Dade County regulations, only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
